THE SMVector SERIES - Frequency Inverter The performance and flexibility make the SMVector an attractive solution for a broad range of AC Motor applications and with several communications protocols available, networking drives and components into a system solution can be done now or in the future.

Enclosure: Type 4X(IP65)enclosures can be used for either indoor use, suitable for most indoor industrial environments;or indoor/outdoor use that offers UV protection and higher impact strength at low temperatures.  Standard Features Easy Set-up and Operation: Programmable digital and analog I/O allow the drive to be configured for many application specific tasks such as multiple preset speeds, electronic braking and motor jogging to name a few. Like all Lenze AC Tech sub-micro drives the SMVector uses EPM memory technology for fast and efficient programming. Motor Thermal Overload: The SCN is an approved motor protection device for single motor applications by UL and cUL. Control I/O: 9 non-isolated terminals provide connection for a speed pot, start/stop logic, 3 programmable logic inputs and 1 programmable logic output. Quiet Operation: Adjustable carrier frequency to 10 kHz.

SMV Options NEMA 4X Remote Keypad: Connects to SMV with four wires. Allows operation and programming of the drive. DIN Rail Mounting Kit: Allows easy mounting of the SMV Drive onto standard DIN Rail. Dynamic Braking Kit: Prepackaged resistor modules with control electronics provide easy mounting within the control cabinet. Through Hole Mounting: The SMV Series can be ordered for through hole mounting that puts the drive heat sink outside the electrical enclosure for better thermal management and space savings. Ships on black anodized heat sink with gasket that will meet NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X (IP65) construction. Nema 4X Integral Disconnect Switch The integral disconnect switch offers the ability to isolite the motor for maintenance and servicing. The lockable handle is made of bright red and yellow materials for high visibility. EPM Programmer: Copy drive programs in 2 seconds using The EPM Programmer! Then just plug the EPM into the SCN Series drive and it’s ready for operation.  The EPM Programmer also provides a reliable back-up and full programming capability using the back lit LCD display. A greater security feature allows you to connect the EPM programmer to any PC and save the program to the PC hard drive. With ACTech's free TechLinkฎ software, you can print out a hard copy back-up.
